Refund & Return Policy

At Zinni, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.

1. Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.​
     

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@zinni.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@zinni.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect).
     

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zinni.com.
